VGAB Guide lines
Mission statement
VGAB is an international WOT Clan where dedicated and fun loving WOT players can get together with other like minded players and enjoy all the aspects of WOT, be it Clan wars, tank companies, platoons or simply grinding to that next elusive wonder tank. We are here to support each other with advice and suggestions.
We are here to pursue our goal of winning and owning land but ultimately it doesn’t matter if we win or lose just that we had a great time doing it!

Clan positions and Roles
1. Commander
The leader and supreme top dog of VGAB.
The overall leader who makes the big decisions in clan, he can recruit or remove any player.
He has final say in where and who we attack, when we have land and how we will make alliance/peace/non aggression pacts with.
He can allocate funds to players, and modify positions.
2. Deputy Commander(s)
Are the attack dogs of the commander, and one will act up if the leader is absent from the game for a while.
He can book landings in clan wars.
He can recruit any player who has a tier 9 or greater heavy tank, or Tier 7 artillery, will refer others to the Recruiter .
He will keep a watch in mumble/chat to ensure that people speak English in main channel.
Can allocate funds to players, and modify positions.
3. Diplomat
Is our main contact with other clans.
He can make short term deals on his own, but not long-term binding agreements without the approval of the Clan commander.
4. Recruitment officer
Can accept an application from a player of any tier wishing to join the Clan.
He is the person you need to talk to if you know or have been approached by someone wishing to join the clan.
Talk to him if you have seen a good player that we should have in the clan.
5. Field Commander:
This is the leader on the “Fields of glory”, he will lead or allocate the leadership of clan and TC battles, additionally has the role of planning new and improving old tactics.
Note: anyone is free to come with suggestions or new tactics- but please not just before the battle starts. If you would like to try leading a battle talk to a field commander/ the commander and you will be given a chance.
6. Soldier:
The backbone of the clan.
Is expected to join clan wars and tank company when the clan is running one.
Is expected to follow the instructions of the Field Commander during Clan wars and TC, please pay attention to what he says, keep calm and don’t spam the airwaves with unimportant chatter. Please use F5 (the affirmative button) if he gives you a order. Don’t discuss the battle before the battle is finished.
Is required to speak/ use English in both mumble and chat.
7. Recruit:
These are the newest members of the clan and are members on a trial period. You are expected to use Mumble when in game, join Clan Wars and Tank Company to show commitment, and is required to speak/use English in both Mumble and chat.
If a recruit does not join mumble and participate in clan wars tank/company his membership may be revoked.

Rules
1. Behaviour
We expect you to show all clan members respect, this includes members of another clans and players in random battles. We are all here to play and have fun, help everyone with that.
2. Follow orders.
We can fool around as much we like, but not during Clan wars/Tank companies. Follow your orders and help the team to win. Follow the instructions of the Field Commander during Clan wars and TC, please pay attention to what he says, keep calm and don’t spam the airwaves with unimportant chatter. Please use F5 (the affirmative button) if he gives you an order. If you have a question or missed an order - state your name and tank first so the field commander does not need to guess i.e. “Andyhm, E100 - please repeat order”
3. Clan participation.
For this Clan to work we need to be active, and that means hanging around on Mumble and checking the forum as well as participating in matches. If you don't, you could be excluded from the clan to make room for active players.
4. Keep leaders informed.
It's hard to lead a clan without knowing what the players are doing. If you are away for a long time (1 week +) let one of the leaders know. If we are low on manpower we will not plan for world domination, but wait.
5. In a conflict, contact leaders.
If you find yourself in a conflict with a member, player or clan contact a leader on forum (PM) or mumble
6. Absence
Any player who fails to turn up for more than 4 weeks without a valid excuse (work, vacation etc) is automatically downgraded to Recruit
